Brew Low ABV Beer?

Hi,

I brew beer using these kit Muntons Premium Range Archives - Muntons

I would like to know if its possible to brew a low ABV % beer by adding less dextrose in fermenter? I target between 0,5% - 2%

Not sure how low abv you’d get but you can certainly omit the brewing sugar for a lower final abv. The extract should have a listed original gravity per a set amount of volume. You could always use more water or less extract but not sure what that will do to your flavor profile.
