I've been waiting for a great episode for this series. This one was the first. Don't get me wrong, I really like the series and have DVR'd all of them, but this one was really good.

If you haven't seen it, set your DVR to record all episodes, and when they re-air it, you'll see what I mean.

I like that they generally brew small batches, but have always wondered how they're able to pour so many beers from a 5 gallon batch. This one, they use larger equipment to brew the beer with a smaller number of folks to sample the beer. It's a mystery really... but a really great episode if you haven't seen it.

Saw it and really liked it. I have seen all Brew Dogs episodes (so far as I can tell). I really enjoyed the time with UC Davis Professor Bamforth and wish there had been some time inside Sierra Nevada and Bear Republic. There were some other episodes which were really interesting. There is usually something I learn. I really liked the one where they visited Anchor and did the open fermentation on the roof...at least I think that was the one.

I often wonder how they keep from infecting the beer an making total crap.

I just hate how they haven't, and aren't going to this season, be doing a Michigan episode. Like how can you do a show about brewing and beer and forget Michigan?? They have done 2 Colorado episodes and 2 California episodes, but no Michigan!!! Ok now my rant is over.
