I'm trying to take a different perspective on it before I scoff... Forget about the cost and questionable wort production. That makes it a pressurized, automated, temp controlled, self-sanitizing conical. Way cool.

But it looks more like something I'd like to see as a b!tchin project. If this showed up in the DIY projects, that person would be a homebrewing legend.

That's an awesome piece of machinery! Would be fun to experiment around with. If you could make batches that quik, you could do some real testing

Maybe it's just me, but the beer in that video looks just awful. So pale it's almost clear like water, way under carbonated, and you can tell the head will be gone in a matter of minutes.

"You'll be drinking the freshest beer you've ever tasted." Conceptually it's cool, but beer isn't "quick", that's part of what makes it so enjoyable.

Well, that was 4:22 wasted. Among other problems, you would have to be without beer for 7 days between batches since your fermenter is your keg too. I guess you could bottle enough to get by.

LOL @ "invent new beers that have never been crafted before".

Obviously, I'd say the majority of folks on this board are not their target audience, so I won't poo poo all over their system. I think it's a cool idea and targeted at people that may be more interested in the novelty of making and drinking their own beer than the art of it.
