Hi everyone, Earlier in the year I went to Treehouse and purchased Curiosity 49 and instantly fell in love with it. It had a yeasty / bready taste I've never had before. I feel like Doubleganger was similar but not quite as much of that flavor. I've been chasing this flavor ever since but haven't been able to reproduce it. I think it of people are going to say Biscuit but I get more of a saltine cracker flavor from that malt. Anyone have any idea how to reproduce this flavor?

Vienna, Biscuit and Victory malt all have that flavor as well as Maris Otter base grain

Look up Pearl (British) base malt. Sounds like what you’re describing.
