Brass and zync coated materials?

I have an electric pot that had a small faucet that leaked so I removed it and now I am trying to seal that hole with some kind of a bolt. It is rather hard to find an INOX bolt so the things I could find were made of brass and nickel/zinc coated materials. What, if any, of these materials would be good to use and not do any harm to my beer?

I'd use stainless steel myself. That material won't leach metallic flavors into the beer.

Stainless steel=INOX, but I can't seem to find it here in Serbia.

I'd do brass if it was label as lead free. I'd stay away from zinc.
