Do I need special bottles to bottle the Berliner Weisse I'm planning to brew this weekend? The highest I've carbed to in the past is 2.8 volumes, and the 4.7 volumes or whatever that's typical for the style has me somewhat terrified of bottle bombs. Do I need to use bottles specifically used with highly carbed wheat beers, champagne bottles, etc, or can a typical bottle handle the pressures generated by bottle carbing a wheat beer?
