So I just bottled a batch of a Surly Furious clone and a pumpkin ale. I'm just worried where to keep them til they are drinkable. Can I set them in my garage which will be anywhere from 40-50 degrees or do I need to keep them inside for at least a week or so until carbonation is complete?

I think you need to bottle condition at proper temps for the yeast used, if it's too cold the yeast will go to sleep and not eat your priming sugar, thereby no carbonation.
