In my ongoing quest to create the laziest brew set-up possible, I've come across Brew Demon's 2 gallon conical fermentors. Has anyone tried using these as a primary and bottling right out of them?

Thanks,
Joey

I assume you're planning on individually dosing each bottle with priming sugar.
I bottle out of the conical fermenter (2-3 bombers) after I fill the kegs...works OK with those carb-tabs.

I have a OneDerBrew which is very similar to yours. it is a conical brew system.. i love it and i know exactly why breweries use a conical system. after four or so days i drain the spent yeast off the bottom and then another time after about other week. once i know its done fermenting i open the valve that is above the cone and drain it right into the keg. i keg everything but you can attach a bottling hose and the stick..

nice to see there are other lazy brewers out there...Long live the nap.

Thanks for the input. I think I'm going to need a keg to really make this work... Next project.
