Been a lurker for a while. I usually keg my beers with CO2, but I have a batch that I would like to bottle say 12 12oz bottles. How much corn sugar per bottle. I plan to keg the remaining and use CO2.

Any thoughs? 1/2 tsp per bottle?

If you go to the Williams Brewing website and search for "corn sugar measure", you will find an approximation for various sizes of bottles. I bought one and as I recall it would have been 1/4 to 1/2 tsp for 12 oz bottles.

I recently bottled a batch and primed the bottles individually. 1/2 tsp table sugar did the trick for 12 oz bottles.
