Bottling Question

Hey, with new bottles do I need to wash them with detergent? Or can I just sanitize them?

you should be fine just sanitizing. i usually give a quick rinse with some warm water, but no real need for detergent unless they're being reused.

Ditto with RedGlass, I usually rinse, then sanitize the new ones.
