I intend to use a 5 gallon water bottle from the dispenser at work. It's grade 7 plastic, but it should be safe for bottling purposes shouldn't it? As long as they are BPA free (2nd gen), I'd think they would be ok? Nalgen bottles are used for baby milk aren't they? Still, make sure it's food grade, otherwise whatever plastic you use could have chem leaching ...
