I tell people all the time, if you get your process nailed, and especially if you have help, it goes by rellay fast.

But, you need to add the dip tube to the bottling bucket, then you won't need to tilt the bucket at all and you'll get nearly everything. You should post the video in my bottling thread.

I would be interested to see what your bottling bucket looks like. I have never heard of the dip tube, I usually just have the SWMBO tilt the bucket while I fill. Do you use some type of fitting on the inside of the spigot?
 
Is it OK to cap all the bottles at the end? I've usually capped as I went to avoid whatever is floating around in my kitchen from getting into my brew....
 
there were caps placed on the bottles right away just not crimped. Good idea for the dip tube, I'll check it out.
