Ive put many posts here along my first home brew journey and now i have finally kegged and bottle my first 2 brews, an american ipa and a lager.
I have bottled them all using priming pellets. I started syphoning the first one and by the time i kegged 18l, there was about 5l left and a lot very cloudy so i gave up and chucked a few litres, no major harm! The lager was a pleasant flow and the bottles are quiet clear with very little yeast deposits. Its my first batch so i am not concered and will still drink it!
My question is whats the recommended time after bottling. I currently have them at room temp assuming they will ferment slightly more. When should i refridgerate and how long will they take? And in terms of lagering is this just a longer process in the fridge?
