Grandson lives next door. About every day now he wants to " go to papaws house" today he was just in time to help with bottling.

thanks.. he is something else. expecting a baby brother or sister in june ( I think)
 
my 4 year old daughter used to help me bottle(now i keg) now she helps me vacuum pack my bulk hops and collect/measure my grains for brew day. :D
 
where in Ohio are you?

I can stop by and help & can bring my own capper... As long as you have a few already cold ones!

I ain't sittin on your lap though!

My Daughter can't get enough of her Dziadek (Polish for Grandfather), glad to see you guys are having a good time together. And how is that ball valve working thus far?

Give him a couple years, then teach him the right way to EMPTY those bottles. Miss my helpers. Both my boys grew up and joined the service. Now, they're both stationed on the other side of the country, where we used to live.

sidney.... I have more beer bottled than I could drink in a year I think lol... and as for setting on my lap, unless you are cute and female, I will pass lol!!!

ok now I'm confused... Are you in Australia or off of 75... I know we got some rain this week but hasn't been THAT bad!

Thanks, and will do that. One is Navy, one is Marines. They're fourth generation to serve our country. SWMBO and I actually met while we were both in the Navy. Older boy is married to another Navy girl. Younger one, the Marine, is engaged to a Navy girl. And, I'd love to have both of them, and our soon to be first grandchild, close enough to teach to bottle. Or brew. Hell, I'll tip a cold one with anyone willing to serve our country. Without our military, we wouldn't have the freedom to brew at home. Or, most of our other freedoms.:tank:
