Just sanitized bottles and put them on the bottle tree. They are not dry yet and still have some of the sanitizing agent bubbles in them. Should we wait until bottles are completely dry before bottling? Thanks, :)

yes star san 5 star

i didnt wait..when you pour the beer it pushes the bubbles out and they usually pop when they come out...just shake the majority of star san out of the bottle and then fill...

at least thats how i did it...(but i also spilled 3 week old tap water into my brew (i should just add that to my signature))

If it dries it is no longer an effective sanitizer. Don't fear the foam.

You definitely don't have to worry about the foam, but next time try sanitizing all of your bottles first, then while they are drip draining/drying, rack your beer, it will give the bottles a few extra minutes to alow some of the foam to dissipate.
