bottling from a growler, how much priming sugar?

So recently, I started doing test batches with different dry hops in growlers. Now I want a bottle of them but I had not thought through how much priming sugar to use. Has anybody done this?

You can buy carbonation tablets and use 1-4 in each bottle depending on the beer style.
