I've been searching and reading a ton of different posts, but I wanted to see what you all thought about the following: I'd like to carbonate a hefeweizen in 2 days in my corney keg with 40psi at 50F (without rolling/shaking the keg), then using a beer gun bottle up a 6 pack of cold beer and ship it out the next day, which means that the beer will be shipped warm and most likely won't be chilled again until 5-7 days later. Does this sound like it will work? Will the beer be carbonated enough and will it (i.e. - the beer and the carbonation level) definitely be ok going from cold (carbonating) to warm (shipping) to cold (drinking)? This will all have to take place within 3 days and I just want to make sure that I'm not in over my head here.
Thanks,
John
