So I primed 5 gallons of brew in my bottling bucket only to realize I didn't quite have enough bottle caps for all my bottles. I ended up with 7 bottles left over with no caps. I just wrapped the tops with aluminum foil and threw them in the fridge to slow down the carbonation.

Can I just cap them tomorrow when I get more caps from my LHBS? Do I need to add more priming sugar before capping??

since you put it in the fridge hopefully the sugar wont ferment out. if you can get them tomorrow and cap them i would try that. at worst you'll have 7 slightly less carbonated beers. no big deal.
