Hey all, I posted a longer version of this over in the cider thread, but thought I'd post here as well just in case.
Simply put, I've got a few batches of cider fermenting in the one gallon glass jugs I bought the (Earth Fare) apple juice in. I like still ciders, but I've been thinking about bottle priming a couple to give to friends for the holidays. Will the glass jugs withstand the pressure if I prime in them directly, or am I creating a giant bottle bomb? Thanks for any input!
