I've never bottles a batch before, always kegged....I was given a bunch of flip tops, so now I'm gonna attempt to bottle a Guinness Clone I brewed....Its been sitting in the secondary for about a month....Is there anything else I have to do besides rack to the bottling bucket, add the DME, stir and bottle.....
Beersmith says to use about 6 oz. of DME for storage at 73 degrees....
