Yeah that's my problem I bottled last week I opened one and a BOMB ! Is there any turning back these where suppose to be gifts for Christmas please help

BE CAREFUL what ever you do with them. They can be very dangerous!

Do you mean bomb OR gusher? Usually a bomb means the bottle exploded. If it's a gusher that can settle down once the CO2 gets into solution.

If they are gushers, they should be dealt with ASAP to make sure they don't become bottle bombs.

chill them all ASAP. once cold, crack each one open very slowly & carefully, just enough to release the gas in the headspace. once all that gas has escaped, remove the cap and immediately re-cap with a new, clean crown. don't re-use the old one. try not to shake the bottle too much as you move it from your fridge to wherever you'll be opening & recapping.

Please forgive me if you have answered this already but...I made 2 gal. Hard cider(apple juice, sugar and wine yeast) fermented for 6 days then capped it and put it in my outside fridge. Drank one gal. And it was awesome, the other blew up in the fridge last night! What can I do to prevent this next time?

don't bottle after 6 days! It will continue to ferment, as you've seen. Only bottle when fermentation is finished, as measured by a hydrometer.
