I did a small test batch of a Berliner Weisse, and didn't take any hydro readings. It was in primary for two weeks. I keg, and forgot the importants of making sure the yeast is done.
I opened one today to check the flavor (I added lactic acid at bottleing time), not expecting any carbonation, the thing gushed out. tried another, same thing.
These are gonna become bombs if left alone aren't they?
Will refridgeerating them stop it?
It tastes great, I hate to lose it/
