I used Wyeast American wheat for the 1st time. and when I transferred out of the secondary to the bottling bucket, i sucked a bunch of yeast into the bucket. That yeast did not compact to the bottom of the carboy like the dry yeast i usually use. Now I have some very hazy beer in my bottles. Will that yeast settle in the bottom of my bottles after cold crashing the bottles. Will I get bottle bombs, I know the final gravity was finished.

Extra yeast in the bottles will settle out in the bottles in short time. Usually after they are bottle conditoned for carbination.
If your beer winds up cloudy, it will not be because of the yeast.
Wheat beer usually is not perfectly clear and is part of the style. Also heffewiesen is bottle conditioned wheat beer and is sometimes served after the bottle is rolled around to resuspend the yeast. It's suposed to be cloudy.
