I'm thinking about submitting a brew of mine to competition. I bottled it around a month ago, but the beer does have the slightest bit of chill haze that fades after a week in the fridge.

Should I:

Put the competition bottles in the fridge for the next 3 weeks for the chill haze to fall out, only to have them warmed back up when submitted to competition? I suppose it's just like lagering a beer, and then bottling it at room temp, but I'm not sure...

Or... just live with the chill haze?

Thoughts?

You probably should just live with the chill haze. In my experience, once the beer gets warm again and recooled the haze comes back. Maybe not as much, but it'll be there.
