If I use dishwasher with no soap but have rinse aid in washer, will that affect the bottles. I have sanitize option on dishwasher but no way to empty rinse aid. I've also read several threads a about oxygen absorbing caps some say to sanitize some say don't. ?????????

Don't wash bottles in the dishwasher if you can't get rid of the rinse aid. You'll kill your head retention.
Sanitize all caps. The O2 absorption happens over hours and days, not minutes. Nasty things grow in warehouses.
