Had six liters of a Brewferm Christmas beer aging for about a week after bottling, woke up and bottom blew out of one of the EZ-Bottles. I think I'll stick the others in the fridge to kill off the carbonation in the rest.

There are 16 tablespoons in a cup, so that would be over 3 cups in a 5 gallon batch.
I was using the one liter size bottles. Still it seems I used way too much... smeg.
