So I have seen a few posts about bottling fully carbonated beer with a beer gun. Sounds good but I don't quite have the $$$.
I've got 10 gal in carboys and I plan on kegging 5 and bottling 5. I'm looking for a way to speed up the process for the 5 gal going into bottles.
What I was think is add priming sugar to beer in keg and use a low psi to fill bottles with my picnic tap. Cap and age as usual. Anyone see any issues with this?

Google DIY beer gun, there are several sites and posts that show you how to make one for like $20 and then how to use it. Some will reference you back to this site

Search for a thread titled "we don't need no stinking beer gun."

It explains how to bottle using a picnic tap and a bottling wand. The rest of your process seems fine, but you may want to discard the first half pint or so (sediment) when it comes time to bottle.

I think I have seen that thread. I'll have to pull it up again. Thanks
