I have a BB holiday ale extract kit that ill be bottling soon. Was thinking of using a cup of honey instead of the 5 oz of priming sugar supplied . Do you think it would be a nice addition to this brew or it a bad idea?

Honey is fine, but you might want to use a priming sugar calculator to get the correct amount.

Thanks. Found out 1 cup is too much.
