Bottle color

I know that pretty much all brewing stores sell the brown bottles. However, my family has a cafe and I've been collecting bottle to use for my brews. But, I wanted to know if the green beer bottles are good to use? I know that the clear bottle aren't good because of the sunlight leaking through. So go green and use them or keep only on the brown path?

I would stick to the brown personally, not worth the risk of light flash. Brown is best for filtering the UV light, for the sake of saving up some bottles or visiting the local bar for empties, it's not worth it.
