This is something I dont remember and although I intend on switching over to kegging soon, I want to know the answer.
If racking into a secondary fermenter and leaving behind the sediment and yeast, what happens when it comes to bottling. Will I still have enough live yeast to carb?

Thanks

More than you think. I you want to see for sure. Prime with eight pounds of sugar. The yeast will let you know they are still there ;)
