Well, the mini mash system that Richbrewer built and passed on to me has developed a serious malfunction.

The stopper that he used to secure the vale and ss braid has worn out. I was playing around with different ways to fix / replace it that might make it a little better, also looking for a way to add a valve/ bulkhead set up to my full size mash tun.

I found that in my full size cooler the spigot from a bottling buck will fit perfectly, then a stopper can be used to seal and allow for a racking cane to pass through and attach the rest of the tubing and such too.

Just wanted to know if you think the bottling bucket spigot can stand up to the sparge temps?
