sleepydave No love for Central MA? Btw, see you Sunday at Julio's (If you're going to be there)
We just sell to Craft Collective and then they sell to whomever. I think it's in Central MA somewhere but I use a GPS to get down the road :p
Sadly won't be able to make the Julio's event, but would definitely love to in the future. Heading back to NH tomorrow night after cleanup.

Kind of random, but does anyone want a free concert ticket to see Bloc Party at the house of blues this Thursday? My buddy has to work now and it's too late to find someone else to go to a week night concert over an hour away. Hate to see it go to waste.

PSA: CBC locations will no longer be receiving Mastermind this Thursday. Seems as though Dive Bar has some Fiddlehead on tap tonight and Worden Hall and Five Horses will on Thursday.

I might just take you up on that if it's still available...

Sorry to hijack, but I have two Red Sox tickets for this Sunday's game I can't use. Anyone want them?

They are in box 114 for this Sunday's game vs. Toronto at Fenway. Great seats.

Ideally looking for cost + fees, so $252 for the pair.

Message me if interested.

I am in Boston several times a year and I usually trade with a friend up there. I usually go to Treehouse and sometimes even get Treehouse from my friend. Have been doing this for a while. I was there was around St Patricks Day last time. Nothing too crazy when I was there last time. Used to be a 30-40 min can line (sometimes less on Wed). My friend is telling me some horrible news. He says that its out of control:

(1) Line starts at 11am for a 5pm open on Thurs, Friday
(2) Line starts at 10:30am for Wed 12pm opening
(3) One line for Thurs, Friday, Sat (can't just do can only line anymore)
(4) Tough to get parking, sometimes no parking, and after long waits, they sell out

Is this really the sad state of affairs up there at Treehouse? This is totally killing my summer plans. I was hoping to go up there and load up for summer.

My friend also believes that this is out of control because people are only going up there to get beer for trade or sale. They aren't even getting it for consumption!!

Is there anything good near fox borough
Besides trillium

Mainly looking for a good place for lunch or dinner

Do any of you guys have a couple cans of heady lying around? My dad saw it on TV and now decided he wants to try it even though I've had it in his presence at least 3-4 times and he never gave a ****. I don't care if they're a month or 2 old, he sure as hell won't know the difference. I'll stop and grab you a couple fresh growler fills or give you something from my small shelf or money? I don't know just trying to avoid shipping.

I recently moved to that area and I can't really think of any real good craft places with food. The only thing that really comes to mind is Stoughton House of Brews - http://hobstoughton.com/hobstoughton/

I haven't been yet so I can't provide too much insight.

Trillium in Canton just opened up for full pours but I don't think they have food?

They get food trucks there. I don't know if that is weekend thing or something that is regularly scheduled somehow

Random Boston area travel thought from our trip last week:
Giulia in Cambridge is worth a visit. Fresh handmade pasta was on point. The prosciutto app had some of the sweetest prosciutto I can remember having. Small plates were inventive, tasty, and well balanced. Very reasonable for a couple to eat as well. I don't remember anything local or worthwhile on the tap list but the cocktails looked solid. I wasn't drinking as we drove to Concord, NH afterward for our hotel.

Great call on Giulia - my favorite restaurant in the Boston area (considering food quality and cost anyway). $100/person for 7 course tasting menu with a great wine pairing is hard to beat. Not much for beer there but it doesn't really matter.

Only for collabs? Or are they going with cans moving forward?

Rumors of cans have been floating around for a while now. Not sure if they were just talking about these collabs canned by Iron Heart or future canning done by themselves.

Speculation: These canned collabs are test runs / learning experiences for going to cans in future.

I don't know anything, I'm just a pleb on the internet, but seems like it would be pretty strange to one off can a couple of collabs with Iron Heart with zero plans to can moving forward.

But what do I know.
