So I just experimented with my new gas stove to see how long it will take to boil 6.25 gallons(burn off is why I did 6.25) it took over an hour to get to a rolling boil. Question is should I get a bayou burner to get this process up to a boil faster??

Did you start with cold water? If so, that's not bad. It usually takes me 20-30 minutes to get from tap temp to mash temps, then another 30 minutes to get from mash temps to a rolling boil with my Bayou Burner.

Can your pot straddle 2 burners? My old pot did and it saved me a lot of time in that regard.

Hm, the pic of my pot is attatched. I'm not positive what type it is all I know is its stainless with 6g mark with about 3 inches till the very top. I bought it when I first started from the LBS.also in the bottom there seems to be what look like rust spots but DO NOT scrub off. Could this be a cause of off flavors or normal in stainless?

Stainless shouldn't rust, but if another steel part scraped against it there could be iron particles embedded in the surface of the SST, which can rust. Can't tell if that's what's going on, but at any rate, get yourself a green Scotch-Brite pad along with some vinegar and try scrubbing the stains. I would think with a bit of elbow grease they will scrub off. Or you could get yourself some Barkeepers Friend, which contains oxalic acid and is very effective on SST, and scrub with that.

Will any of that cause off flavors using those chemicals after I rinse it all out?

Bar keepers friend is awesome. I use it on everything. No off favors just rinse well.

Indifferent for a BK. It's only a major concern if it starts forming in post-boil equipment. It can give bacteria a place to hide. But in the BK, the heat will kill anything that hides in it.
