I have been designing a lot of systems lately and thought it would be nice to have a blog dedicated to each so it would be easier for me to direct people and for reference. Hopefully this helps someone... The Twent-E is a Brutus 20e style system that brews 5 gallon batches on a countertop with a single 120 VAC 20 amp outlet. Great for indoor brewing with style! Based on JKarp's awesome countertop Brutus Twenty Build, I came up with this. Yes, it is over-the-top. That's just how I roll.
