I have the 6 gallon Bubbler carboys from Northern Brewer. As discussed previously, the standard 1" blow off tube does not fit in the neck of these babies. I did some research on solutions, and Northern Brewer sells a blow off kit for these carboys which consists of a drilled stopper and a length of ½" ID tubing.

I then looked at the standard stopper for the Bubblers (the one used to hold the fermentation lock) and noticed that I could possibly push some of my tubing onto it. Viola! My ½" ID silicone tubing slips nicely onto the bung.

So far so good.

Thought some might like to know.
