Blow Off Sediment Question

So any reason to keep whatever is settled on the bottom of the bucket I used for my blow off? Is this yeast or krauzen?

Most people use sanitizer or vodka in their blow-of containers...would make for some unhappy yeast. There are a couple of threads on top cropping with a blow-off rig. basically running the hose through a hole in the lid of a sanitized jar equipped with an airlock.

I put water with Star San in the bottom of the bucket. I will toss it then.
