OP OP S steven_b Active Member Joined Oct 7, 2010 Messages 39 Reaction score 1 Location Seattle Dec 5, 2011 #4 The beer is a mini mash recipe of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, so a pretty high OG (can't remember the number off the top of my head). Pitched two packets of Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale. Fermenting at 66 degrees.
