Hi I'm looking to make light easy drinking summer beer. Here the recipe:

All Grain Recipe
Batch Size: 5.25 gal Style: Blonde Ale (6B)
Boil Size: 6.96 gal Style Guide: BJCP 2008
Color: 3.7 SRM Equipment: 10 gallon cooler 11 gallon ss pot
Bitterness: 29.0 IBUs Boil Time: 90 min
Est OG: 1.044 (11.0° P) Mash Profile: Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge
Est FG: 1.010 SG (2.6° P) Fermentation: Ale, Two Stage
ABV: 4.5% Taste Rating: 30.0
Ingredients
1 lbs White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 1
8.0 oz Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 2
6 lbs 4.0 oz Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 3
0.2 oz Galaxy [14.0%] - First Wort Hops 4
0.2 oz Galaxy [14.0%] - Boil 15 min Hops 5
1.00 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) Misc 6
0.2 oz Galaxy [14.0%] - Steep 30 min Hops 7
1 pkgs SafAle English Ale (DCL/Fermentis #S-04) Yeast 8
Mash at 150f for 60-75min, 90 min boil

I appreciate your feedback and suggestions. I also have apa and farmhouse saison recipe in this forum also so check them out. I'm looking to get my beer recipes ready for the summer. Thanks
 
Seems reasonable. Some might go with a slightly "cleaner" tasting yeast, like S-05. I assume 150 mash will give you "Light" rather than "Medium" body but my guess is you're aiming for Light. Maybe you already made this. If so, let us know.

I just bottled it this past weekend. I end up using s-05 and got my fg down to1.004. I was aiming for a light body. I will let you know how final result is. Thanks.
