Hello

I wonder if i do mash in 55 gal or even at 100 gal extension, how i will take out the grains after the mash? It must be around 200 pound in there.
Someone has any idea?

With a long shovel?

I'd probably try to figure out how to tip it.

If you're mashing with the 100g extension I'd probably add some sort of dump valve. You might need to add water to thin it out and allow it to run out.
