I’m planning on getting a custom 15gal kettle made by spike brewing and plan on using a BoilCoil in it. I want to place the temp probe as close as possible to the coil without it touching. So if anyone has the 15 gallon BoilCoil could you give me the dimensions from the bottom of the kettle to the top of the boil coil? By going off of the template that Blichmann gives you the top post is 4.3” off the bottom so I think if I put the port 4.875 of the bottom I should be safe? Thank you in advance!
