Blichmann Beer Gun

So I just got a Blichmann beer gun as a gift, do you need to take it apart to sanitize and clean it after every use? or can you give it a good soak in PBW and then star san and use it without taking it apart?

I take mine apart every time. It takes less than a minute to disassemble. I clean, star san, then re-assemble. No issues so far.
