Does anyone have a recommendation for a Blichmann style sight glass? I like how clean it looks vs the ones that have no return. Are there kits available.. or has anyone DIY'd one?

Just wondering if one could install something similar in a kettle. Hardware? Also, I've been reading a few posts where folks have had problems with crazing and cracking of the plastic type sight glasses.. The borosiilcate sounds safer.

I've made one similar, using borosilicate glass and stainless NPT to compression elbows. I've done both the weldless and welded versions and actually think the weldless works better. Although the welded (using TC fittings) is easier to remove for transport. Next keggle I make will use the no-weld version.

Im working on my first set of keggles now and so-far have ignored the sightglass option to simplify and save money. I do plan to add them at some point so I would welcome any suggestions/recommendations for parts, styles, installation tips, etc
