Couple of quick questions regarding bleach for you folks.

1. I occasionally get spots of mold/mildew on the inside walls of my fermentation chamber (upright freezer). I've been spraying a weak bleach solution on the walls and door (and the outside of the brew buckets) and was wondering if there was any issues with this?

2. I was cleaning out my keezer, and after pulling out the kegs to clean the inside, I spontaneously (stupidly) sprayed a blast of the same weak bleach water on the keg top and posts. Should I just rinse that off before I hook the lines back up or is it not a big deal?

Thanks

I keep a spray bottle of 75% ethanol around for stuff like that. You can find relatively cheap neutral grain spirits (i.e. Diesel 153 proof). A little goes a long way.
