I made a blackberry stout that called for adding Blackberry preserves into the secondary. It was in the secondary for three weeks and i kegged it a couple days ago. When i pulled a sample prior to kegging it it was syruppy and had preserves floating in it but tasted all right. I thought that i might have stirred up some sediment with the racking cane and figured it would settle back out of the beer but it hasnt. The beer tastes pretty good but i dont think i can serve it with a bunch of floaters in it. I have already started force carbing the beer. Is there a way i can filter this beer without ruining it??
