Hey Folks.
So blackberry season is upon us and I took stock of the freezer space and discovered a crap load of unused blackberry, chokecherry and rhubarb from last year. Would it be possible to make wine with these three ingredients? I'm thinking a 5 gal batch. Any hints or ideas would be appreciated.
I've checked out Yooperbrew's recipe, and a couple others. I'm just a bit unsure.
