I'm just looking for some results for anyone that has used blackberry puree in cider?

I'm thinking about doing a batch, now that it's apple pressing season.

I made blackberry wine this year so I'm burned out of picking blackberries, so I'm really interested if the puree's would/will work well in ciders.

If I add the puree in the primary, will the color and flavor come through over the cider? Do people add at secondary and let the yeast go back to work?

What have you done, and what were your results? Pics if you got em!

Thanks!!

Yes id do it in primary then do a secondary to clean up some of the floaters. Id say at least 3 lbs imo
