9lbs of last years harvest of blackberrys, my mother in-law tamed a bush for easy picken and no chance of being sprayed by the county

I think thats it sorry about the format. Any advice or feed back would be great going to brew this either this sunday or next.

I was wondering if 9lbs might be a little much. Ill start with 6, it is easier to add more

do you think vanilla bean or extract would be decent or hold up with this recipe, or would i need to add some dark grains

vanilla is too delicate a flavor to run with this recipe. my advice (and it's not perfect, so someone might be able to suggest differently), is to not use vanilla and wheat together. i love wheats, and have a ton of experience with them, so i say stay away from vanilla with them
