bring 4 gallons water to 172 deg. use 1 gallon to warm up the mash tun. use the other three to mash at 152deg for 60min:
~4 lbs 2-row malt
~2lbs munich malt
~.5lb crystal 60
batch sparge 15min at 160%
bring wort to a boil and add:
.75oz german hallertau hops(60mins)
.75oz german hallertau hops(30min)
.5oz german hallertau hops(15mins)
1 tbsp irish moss(15mins)
3.5lbs breiss amber lme(10mins)
1 cup brown molasses(10mins)
Flame out>cool to less than 80deg>areate>pitch yeast
