So, I know that adding hops late (let's say in the final 5 minutes) will impart bitterness also in whirpool if the temperature is high. My question is (probably a dumb one): if I add the hops at the begining of the boil (60min), will it impart the same bitterness when I whirpool as the hops added at 5 min?
 
A bittering charge at 60 minutes left in the boil, will impart bitterness. You can use online recipe builders/calculators to calculate IBUs based on recipe and hop schedule, as it is kinda hard to guess/estimate what you are aiming for.

But hops added at a much lower temperature during a whirlpool will add a smoother bitterness and a lot of flavours. Hops added at 60 minutes will only impart bitterness, as volatile oils from the hops will vanish during a long, hard boil, so you do not get flavours out of a 60 minutes addition. ( in theory )

Well what I was looking to find out is wether or not those hops which I add at 60min will impart bitterness also in whirpool or all those volatile oils will vanish during the boil.
 
Yes if you add hops at 60 minutes and kill the flame to whirlpool for 30 minutes assuming its still hot you will be close to 90 minute addition
