So my wife is going to buy me anything I want up to $500. I already have a Blichmann Tower of power Gas module. I have 2 new 15 gallon Spike kettles.I want a single tier brew stand down the road. I was thinking about a grain mill maybe or even the TOP stand.

Any suggestions? What would you ask for?

Cereal Killer is $99. What else do you have or want? I really enjoyed switching to a conical just because cleaning carboys and what not was my least favorite part of brew day. Could get an OK keg setup for $500 too. Assuming you already have a ferm chamber.

I was thinking maybe a conical fermentor. I do not have a ferm chamber yet.

Seems like you should be able to get a fermentation chamber and a grain mill for less than $500. My Cereal Killer was $89 on sale. I use a wine fridge for a fermentation chamber along with an STC 1000 for temp control. My suggestion is to work on a fermentation chamber first and foremost because temp control can really make a huge difference!

Another vote for fermentation chamber first. That will really improve your brews.

If you look around you should be able to get a freezer/fridge, temperature controller and a grain mill for your budget.
